0x8007043B - ERROR SERVICE NOT IN EXE The executable program that this service is configured to run does not implement the service. netsvcs registry value in HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionSvchost registry key should contain the service names that can be run in that service host. On XP and Windows 2003, BITS should be in this value. If "BITS" is missing from that value, then ERROR SERVICE NOT IN EXE error is seen when attempting to start the service.
