Error retreiving mail in Outlook 97 - MAPISP32.exe

When we try to retreive mail:
Tools/Search for new mail
We get this error message:
MAPISP32.EXE generated errors and will be closed by Windows

We can't send or receive emails.
It looks like a virus...

Anyone got the solution?
