I currently have microsoft exchange in my local network, which is protected
by a ISA firewall. I would like that my users could access their mails from
the Internet, so I'd like to create a second exchange in the dmz, before the
ISA, and that the data of the second server could be the same as the first
(active directory users, mails...). The users could connect with OWA to it.
Actually, I do not want that the first exchange server can be accessed from
the Internet for a security purpose.

Hi,
You can set an Exchange Front End server in your DMZ , install also SSL and your second server will act like back-end. Users can access with OWA to your FE
