Apparently, i cannot ask a FTP access to website. Looking
at microsoftt site with the error Unspecified error when
dwnloading update, I tried to resolve the problem execpt
one , delete index.dat file from my administrator. I
created a new one administrator to delete the file but
apparantly I have not the possibility to do that. Do you
know how I can change the security to give access rights
to a new administrator to check and be able to delete the
corrupted index.dat from the first one. (Attention XP home)
