alors normal ce message que tu as (après chroot, ton / sera en réalité /mnt/gentoo et si tu cherches à exécuter /bin/bash, en fait tu exécutes /mnt/gentoo/bin/bash). Je suppose (mal ?) que c'est une nouvelle install que tu veux faire ? As-tu executé tar sur le fichier stage-xxx.tar.gz ? Peut-être as-tu oublié l'option -C ?
