After you install the Remove Hidden Data add-in, open the document you want to review then, on the File menu, click Remove Hidden Data.
Note: If you do not see the Remove Hidden Data command on the File menu, check the following: 1.. On the Tools menu, point to Options, and then click the Security tab. 2.. Under Macro Security, click Macro Security. 3.. Click the Trusted Publishers tab. 4.. Select the Trust all installed add-ins and templates check box, and then click OK twice. Merci pour la réponse mais le problème auquel je suis confronté est que le rhdtool.exe refuse de s'installer sous Office 2000 et réclame sot XP soit 2003. Existe t'il un moyen de by-passer ce problème ?

Bonjour,
Je crains qu'il n'existe pas de solution pour utiliser cet outil avec Office 2000. Vous pouvez néanmoins réaliser l'équivalent de ce qu'il fait. De manière, peut-être, non exhaustive : - supprimez les propriétés du document par Fichier Propriétés - acceptez toutes les modifications du suivi de version - parcourrez toutes les images, tableaux, objets divers et transformez-les en images par Copier/Collage spécial. - enregistrez sous un nouveau nom votre fichier
J'en oublie peut-être, mais l'important est de finir par l'enregistrement de manière à ne pas conserver l'historique des modifications dans le fichier.
