any way within the bartask "drawing" or "design" you have a button for
symetry
and the same can be done using the "design" menu

Tu sélectionnes ton image et la dupliques (Ctrl+D).
Barre d'outils Dessin/Menu Dessin : là tu trouveras tous les outils de
retournement (et par conséquent de symétrie)
