Good day,

I work on Word 2000.
I would like to create a macro with which I could hide/show a paragragh when
clicking on a word.
For instance, when I would click on the word "administration", a list of
contacts would appear.
This macro would be used several times in the same word file.
This is designed to ease the readability of the document and to be able to
access information easily in a long document.
Could you help me please?

Many thanks and best regards,

I don't know if this would be of use but insert a bookmark and add a
hyperlink with the List of contacts in the screen tip may be enough.

Actually, the list of contacts was just an example.
I need this for several purposes and not only an address book.
