Answer : I'm a little confused because AcroRd32.exe is an adobe acrobat reader file. With that in mind, a couple of things. Since it's a .zip file, you may need a program to unzip the file, like winzip. You can download a free trial version of this software by going to www.winzip.com and click on Download Evaluation Version.
Second, per chance you use xp, please see the following Microsoft identified problem:
Adobe Acrobat Reader Installation May Cause an Error Message The information in this article applies to: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Microsoft Windows XP Professional
SYMPTOMS While you are installing Adobe Acrobat Reader, if older files are not replaced by the installer as required, your computer may become unstable, or you may receive an error message that is similar to:
Error loading AcroFill.api!! Adobe Acrobat Reader has encountered a problem and must be shut down. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the error message is still displayed and you if want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box.
