impossible d'installer tout logiciel fichier corrompu

bonjour et d'avance merci pour votre aide!!!
a chaque fois que je telecharge un setup pour installer un logiciel et que
je lance l'installation j'ai un bug.le fichier est corrompu et le message
suivant apparait :
"the installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.this could
be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.this could be
the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.you may want to
contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.
it may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line
switch(NOT RECOMMENDED)."
j'ai fait des scans avec spybot, ad-aware,A2 squared, Pc
Cillin,bitdefender.8 free
Mais ils ne m'ont trouvés ni trojan ni vers ni virus rien sinon des
spywares...
J'ai tenté une restauration du systeme avant la date ou cela a commencer a
deconner, et toujours pareil!!!!j'ai essayer d'installer un logiciel avec un
support et cela marche sans probleme!!donc probleme juste quand je
telecharge!!!!
aider moi car je commence a me prendre la tete vu mes competences en
informatique!!!!
