It seems that current versions of outlook and outlook
express have some difficulties with "long" UIDL's. When
UIDL's get longer example 1067469011.1792 then outlook
seems to download all the mails again and again when using
pop and when the "leave mails on server" option is
activated. There is porbably a limitation in the number of
chars outlook can read and interpret no ? This causes
problem in particular with the Cyrus imap/pop server.
