If anyone has been through this same problem please help. I have
created two macros and corresponding buttons on the toolbar, but when i
send the file the toolbar buttons do not stay and i do not know why it
would be great to get some help with this. Also is it possible to
create those buttons for the macros and put them into cells?

Here we speak french (ici nous parlons français) Although, a toolbar can be attached to a workbook (project), it's really possible to put commandbuttons into cells! (Bien qu'une barred'outils puisse être attachée au classeur, c'est tout à fait possible de mettre des boutons dans les cellules!) You can got it into the controls vbtoolbar or the gridtoolbar. (Tu peux trouver cela dans les controles de barre d'outil vb ou formulaires.)
