Bonjour, voici une procedure en anglais :
Step 1: Re-register files ==================================== 1. Click the Start menu-> Run. 2. Copy and paste this command to the box "Regsvr32 C:WindowsSystem32MSRDO20.DLL" (do not copy the quotation marks) and then press Enter. 3. When prompted with the "DllRegisterServer in msrdo20.dll succeeded" dialog box, click OK. 4. Repeat and run the command "Regsvr32 C:WindowsSystem32OLE32.DLL" (without the quotation marks). 5. Restart your computer. 6. Open Outlook 2003, click on menu Help -> Detect and Repair 7. Check "Restore my shortcuts while repairing" and un-check "Discard my customized settings and restore default settings" 8. Click Start. Note: You may need to insert the Office installation CD during the detect and repair.
Test if you still receive the error "interface not registered". If so, try step 2.
Step 2: Create a new Outlook profile ======================================= 1. Close Outlook. 2. Click Start menu-> Control Panel. If Control Panel is not in Classic View, click Switch to Classic View on the upper left of the window. And then double-click the Mail icon. 3. Click Show Profiles and then click Add. In the New Profile dialog box, type a descriptive name for the new profile in the Profile Name box, and then click OK. 4. In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, click "Add a new e-mail account", and then click Next. 5. Select the appropriate server type for your e-mail account, and then click Next. 6. Fill in the appropriate information as prompted, and then click Next and Finish as needed. 7. Click the "Prompt for a profile to be used" option and click OK. This way, you will be prompted for a profile when starting Outlook. 8. Restart Outlook and select the new profile.
