Ils ont eu un problème
Ils annulent ta commande
Ils te remboursent

Tu dois vérifier auprès de ta banque si le remboursement a bien été effectué
Et tu peux recommencer ta commande

Conclusion:
T'as pas de chance mon gars ! Ce genre de problème est rare, mais ça arrive.
Ceci dit, je les trouve extrêmement long et ils t'ont répondu en anglais en
plus !
Je serais très en colère moi aussi et ne recommanderais plus chez eux !

Est-ce que l'on sait quand, comment et par qui vont être
distribuées les mises à jour prévues par HP Compaq??
