modem OLITEC 56K V2 configuration under Mandrake 9.1

Hello all,
When I install the drivers from OLITEC and type hsconfig in I ve got
this:
Re-compiling HSF modules for kernel 2.4.21-0.13mdk, using source
directory
/lib/modules/2.4.21-0.13mdk/build. Please wait..
Re-compilation and installation of HSF modules succeeded.
Your HSF modem should now be accessible as /dev/ttySHSF0
I check this directory and I see:
[root@localhost hsflinmodem-5.03.03.L3]# cd /dev
[root@localhost dev]# ls -l | grep modem
lr-xr-xr-x 1 root root 8 Nov 10 20:19 modem ->
ttySHSF0
Then I configure the modem in the MCC. I fill in all the necessary
details from my internet provider and finally click on connect...But I
cannot get connected! why? I donno. I check if the modem is part of my
hardware system in the MCC. It is not listed! Certainly that I am
doing something wrong but I seem to nearly manage to do it...Can
anyone help me in this configuration?
On the other hand, I don't know how to run KPPP that seems to be
better.
