Salut,

Tu n'as plus msinfo, cad??

Lorsque tu vas dans start -> run et que tu tape "msinfo32" : tu n'as rien
qui s'affiche ?
Ou si tu vas dans Start -> all programs -> Accessories -> Systems tools ->
System information : tu n'as tien qui s'affiche?

Comment fais tu pr y acceder?

SAlut,

I l semblerait qu'il y ait des problemes avec les version OEM.

Un moyen de contourner cela serait le suivant (c ce qui a de plus simple):

- Ouvrir Poste de travail / Outils / Options des Dossiers /Affichage
- Decoche la case "Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est
connu"
- Click OK
- Ensuite cree sur le bureau un fichier text ex: test.txt
- Renomme le en test.nfo
- Double click sur le fichier test.nfo, un message d'erreur apparait, click
OK
- Les informations systemes devraient etre afficher

Tu peux aussi essayer la procedure ci dessous (les etapes sont en anglais):

Merci de cette info, car j'utilise msinfo pour savoir dans les processus par
quel chemin il est démarrer..en autres..

La précédure anglaise fonctionne très bien.

Merci de cette info, car j'utilise msinfo pour savoir dans les processus par
quel chemin il est démarrer..en autres..

I l semblerait qu'il y ait des problemes avec les version OEM.

Un moyen de contourner cela serait le suivant (c ce qui a de plus simple):

- Ouvrir Poste de travail / Outils / Options des Dossiers /Affichage
- Decoche la case "Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est
connu"
- Click OK
- Ensuite cree sur le bureau un fichier text ex: test.txt
- Renomme le en test.nfo
- Double click sur le fichier test.nfo, un message d'erreur apparait, click
OK
- Les informations systemes devraient etre afficher

Tu peux aussi essayer la procedure ci dessous (les etapes sont en anglais):

Windows folder, and then press ENTER.

e. Type start /w helpsvc /svchost netsvcs /regserver /install ,
and then press ENTER.
f. If any of the following processes are running, stop them:
helpsvc.exe
helphost.exe
helpctr.exe
To stop a process, right-click the taskbar, and then click Task
Manager . Click the Processes tab, click the process you want to stop, and
then click End Process .
g. At the command prompt, type net start helpsvc , and then
press ENTER.

3. If the Help and Support Center has not been customized by an OEM,
skip to the next step. If the Help and Support Center has been customized by
an OEM, completely refresh the Help and Support Center: a. Click Start ,
click Run , type cmd , and then click OK to open a command prompt. Type net
stop helpsvc , and then press ENTER.
b. Type cd /d windir pchealthhelpctr , where windir is the
Windows folder, and then press ENTER.

4. Follow these steps to confirm that the necessary registry value
exists: a. Click Start, click Run, and then type regedit32 , and then click
OK.
b. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindows
NTCurrentVersionSvcHost
c. Double-click the netsvcs value in the right-hand pane.
d. Confirm that "helpsvc" is in the list. If it does not exist,
add it at the bottom.
e. Click OK, and then quit Registry Editor.

5. If the preceding steps do not resolve the issue, use the Windows XP
CD-ROM to start your computer, and then run a repair (in-place upgrade)
installation.
