Pavé tactile sur Asus R500VD SX411H

Problème pour faire fonctionner le pavé tactile.
Si le curseur du pavé se déplace bien sur l'écran, il n'en va pas de
même de l'activation du "clic" : il est totalement inopérant. Pourtant,
les paquets suivants ont été installés :
- xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
- tpconfig
- xserver-xorg-input-multitouch
- xserver-xorg-input-mtrack
- gpointing-device-settings
J'ajoute (si ce ne fut déjà fait dans le sujet concernant
l'installation) que le bureau est xfce et que le pavé tactile fonctionne
parfaitement avec Ouindo$e 8 et Xubuntu 14.04 installés en triple démarrage.
Des idées ? Merci d'avance !

des lignes contenant le mot-clé "button". Compare aussi avec le même
fichier produit sous Xubuntu. Le paquet gpointing-device-settings ne
fournit pas un clicodrome de configuration ?

Regarde si man synaptics te donne quelque chose : peut-être une option
pour activer explicitement le « tapping » ? Si oui, pour savoir où
l'ajouter, que donne ls /etc/X11/xorg.conf* ?

Les lignes ci-dessus ne figuraient pas dans ton premier log. Tu n'en as
pas du même style sous Wheezy ? Poste tout ce qu'il y a entre les lignes
« config/udev: Adding input device ETPS/2 ... » et « Using input driver
'synaptics' for 'ETPS/2 ...' ».

Si tu y vois quelque chose qui cloche ...



Le but pour l'instant n'est pas de chercher ce qui cloche, mais ce qui
diffère entre ton Ubuntu qui marche et ta Wheezy qui ne marche pas.

ca ne va pas t'aider mais je veux dire que j'ai l'impression que elantech
est merdique. Je ne sais pas si c'est nouveau, je n'ai commence a remarquer
cette "marque" que récemment.
