Pb avec la création d'un enregistrement avec un template en arrière-plan

Bonjour à tous!
J'ai sps2003 et sql server 2000
J'ai créé un librairie de document et j'y ai rattaché un fichier template
HTM comme modèle de document. Lors que je suis certain ordinateurs et que
je cllique sur New Document, il m'affiche un popup message comme de quoi je
ne peux créer un nouveau document. Voici le message
The document could not be created.
The required application may not be installed properly, or the template
for this document library cannot be opened.
Please try the following:
1. Check the General Settings for this document library for the name
of the template, and install the application necessary for opening the
template. If the application was set to install on first use, run the
application and then try creating a new document again.
2. If you have a permission to modify this document library, go to
General Settings for the libray and configure a new template.

Ce message signifie qu'il n'y a pas d'éditeur HTML installé sur la machine.
