Bonjour/Bonsoir,

J'ai un souci avec mes périphériques USB, je suis sous debian sid et
aucun de mes périphériques usb ne peut fonctionnner faute d'attribution
d'adresse (device not accepting address)

Je vois pas pkoi ça ne marche pas, malgré le apic=off et lapic=off et
dans le bios j'ai mis l'attibution IRQ en manuel (cété en auto avant
mais pareil ça ne marchais pas)

Il existe aussi une option au niveau de l'IRQ :

pci=routeirq

Peut-être que cela t'aidera...

Si cela résout ton problème merci de contacter le mainteneur pour lui
donner les informations intéressantes, cf :
