Dear colleagues,

In Outlook 97 I have created a Personal Distribution List=20
in order to regularly send a message to a number of people=20
at the same time.
* do you know how I can prevent the receivers to see the=20
addresses of the other receivers ? I don't want to=20
disseminate email addresses to people who are my clients,=20
but are competitors between themselves.
* is there a limit to the number of addresses in a=20
Personal Distribution List ?

Hi,

The best way is to use the BCC field. Every contact you put in this field
won't be able to see others.

Concerning the limit of a personal distribution list, there is not a real
number limit but a size limit.
