problem of a formule containing "IF"

So, when i made a formule for example "=IF(A1=0.7;1;0)" and the 0.7 come from
a difference of 2 other cells example B2-B1(=0.7); It doesn't work(it puts
"0"or the result is 1) but if i write it manually (so without a formule of
difference) it works.
I solve temporatly the problem with a by pass(2 others colonnes where i put
a example of diff (IF(A1=C1;1;0)and C1 is a fix cell with the same kind of
diff so 14-13.3 and then it works) but i can't understand why with number
without "," it works(ex:1 2 3 ...) and with the number with "," it doesn't
works.
Could you say something about that?

I think your problem is that B2-B1 <> 0.7. It could be 0.7000000000001 and
this answer <> 0.7
You can have a solution with round(B2-B1;1) in your formula.

Ok?
