Probleme avec instalation du logiciel pour miniDV DCR-HC16E

Bonjour,
J'ai installe le logiciel qui vient avec mon camescope et tout s'est bien
passe.
Le probleme c'est que je n'arrive pas a copier les photos qui sont sur la
cassette vers l'ordinateur.
Est-ce que quelq'un a eu cet probleme ou sais comment le resoudre?

I just found the problem...If anyone has the same problem, try this:
1 - Install the software that comes with the camera (USB driver, Picture Package and Directx 9) 2 - Install an aquisition software (for example you can use this one for free) http://www.thugsatbay.com/software/index.html 3 - Reboot your computer 4 - Connect your camera to the PC with the USB cable only 5 - When you restart, windows will detect the hardware and starts up USB Streaming tool 6 - Check the image quality and sound...select DONE 7 - Startup the video capture application, change the cable from USB to Firewire and if it doesn't detect the camera, turn it off and on (try first to let it on in Camera mode and if nothing happens, turn the camera off and start it in Play/Edit mode) 8 - Normally it should detect some more things and then you are able to capture video from this tool.
