Problème d'impression avec Gestionnaire de contact professionnel

Salut, je viens de réinstaller pour la 2 ième fois le Gestionnaire de
contacts profesionnel, pour l'évaluer avant de l'implanter chez un client.
Lorsque j'essais de créer un rapport j'ai toujours la même erreur,
"Impossible de Générer le rapport Réessayer"
Tout les mises à jour ont été appliquer, j'ai fait un Réparer dans Outlook.
Outlook 2k3 est utiliser en stand alone sur une station fraichement refaite.

Bonjour Éric, je te mets l'informations que Iverson Xue de Microsoft m'a mit dans un autre news group en englais. le problème a été résolu. Cependant, quelque moi plus tard j'ai installer le Gestionnaire sur un autre PX, j'ai linkwer les deux PC et du nouveau j'ai la même chose mais je n'ai pas relancé pour voir si il y avait d'autre chose à faire.
Voici donc la solution.

From the description I understand when you create a report in Outlook 2003 the event ID 1004 was received. If I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to let me know.
Based on my experience, Crystal Reports is a third part tool. When we install BCM Update, setup will install a localized version of the Crystal Reports Client. So at this point, I am afraid the Crystal Reports was not installed appropriately or corrupted and we shall repair BCM and check the effect.
Please download Business Contact Manager Update and then double click the EXE file.
Business Contact Manager Update for Outlook 2003 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid:ec8b42-6dc5-4922- 9dfb-1c82237d6b62&displaylang=en
Please follow the wizard and select Reinstall and click Next. Please understand the process will not damage the data in your database.
Then, please download the SP3 for Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update, click the following link:
Service Pack 3 for Business Contact Manager Update and Small Business Accounting http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyIDÖde0e30-d97d-4db2- 8a25-9159cf82ab46&DisplayLang=en
After that, please restart Outlook and check the effect.
If the problem still persists, please help me to gather the following information.
Please download the MPSRPT SETUPPerf.exe and MPSRPT SETUPPerf readme.txt from the link below. Then run MPSRPT SETUPPerf.exe on the problematic machine when the problem occurs. Send the result to for further research.
Note: please type yes when asked whether to include msinfo32 report.
