Effectivement, le pb est que votre WebPart est compatible SP1. Les webpart SPS V1 ne sont pas supportés, il faut se rapprocher de Siebel pour savoir s'ils fournissent des Webparts SPS 2003.
Il existe des adapteurs Biztalk 2004 pour Siebel afin de les interfacer avec SPS 2003.
