Probleme d'ouverture de form

Sur certaines machines ou j'installe mon programme, lors de l'appel a une
form j'obtient le message cidessous et impossible d'ouvrir cette fenetre.
j'ai pensé a l'objet com que j'y ai mis mais une autre forme identique
s'ouvre sur la meme machine.... ne comprenant pas ou chercher avec ce type de
message .... a rallonge un de vous pourrai t'il m'orienter un peu svp.
