psexec.exe is run by sb when I connect to the internet

Help!!!!
I met very a strange problem. I found the psexec.exe sometimes run
automatically alone with cmd.exe, then the cmd window is set to
background. So I could not see any dos command window pop up, but I
could tell from task manager. Most of time more than one psexec is
run. This only happens when I connect to the interenet. As soon as I
disconnected my computer the psexec.exe and cmd.exe are dispear.
This could mean if sb can open a dos command window, he can also
delete my file as well. Luckly, I have not found any damage on my
computer yet, But it is very dangerous.
I am using windows 2000 p4.
I also install norton antivirus professional 2003, and zoneAlarm
firewall.
They have never complain about it at all.

Hi, Perhaps a sptware is running. Did you try SpyBot Search and Destroy (search with Google) to destroy this "thing" ?
