MT. AIRY – A Mount Airy man is in jail today on accusations that he fired a weapon across a Taco Bell parking lot Wednesday while gunning for a man that he has tried to shoot in the past, prosecutors said.
No one was struck at the restaurant at 5500 Colerain Ave.
Lionel Hill, 54, fled the scene after trying to shoot Jeffrey Collins but was apprehended a short time later.
Judge Brad Greenberg in court Thursday set Hill’s bond at $400,000.
