I have a request. I am looking for copies of Degeurotypes, Ambrotypes,
Tintypes, and other old photos of the mid-to-late 19 Century. Why? I get
dressed up--along with my family--and pose as our ancestors. I have no good
models on which to base photos of my French ancestors. Maybe you can help.
What I am looking for are are copies of antique photos that show:
1. French men's hair, beard, moustache, sideburns, and clothing
2. French women's hair and clothes
3. French children's hair and clothes
and
4. African people
Frames are good, too.
I know that you can't post on this UseNet group. Maybe some of you would be
