I've a domain with 4 domain controllers under windows 2000
server. After restoring one of them (srv1) whene
i create a new user from servers other than srv1 it works
well and the new user is
correctly replicate on the domain controller, but
If i create a new user on the srv1 the system generate two
errors SAM 12293 in event viewer like "There are two or
more object with the
same SID attribute:The attribute Distname is ......." The
frst error refers
to the new user and the other refers to an old user in SAM
database.
I dont' have any synchronization error in event
viewer. replication occurs correctly.
SRV1 is not the RID master.
I think that after restoring srv1, this server possesses
an SID pool that was used before the restoration, but i
don't know how to force this server to get a new SID pool
from the RID master?
