J'arrive sur une installation déjà existante de SPS 2003.
Quand je crée un nouveau portail, après réalisation de 71% du portail, j'ai
un blocage au niveau de la "Create Search application"; ce blocage dure
plusieurs minutes.
Après, la création du portail reprend et se termine avec "succès" (il y a
marqué Operation Successfull) mais avec l'avertissement suivant :
"The portal site was created successfully but search configuration did not
complete in the expected time. Search components will automatically be
repaired. For more information, check the application event logs on the
search servers (VIRTUALSERVER)."

Bien il semble que les composants de recherche ou leur paramétrage est "abimé"
Bref, un coup de SharePoint Analyser pour faire un check rapide
Ensutie on reverifie tout, je dis bien TOUT le paramétrage du Search de la central au site local
dernier recours, lancer une reparation SPS du server de recherche puis repatch SP2
