Sinon il y aurait eu, par exemple :
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8; format=flowed
ou :
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

Soit dit en passant, c'est bien ça qu'il y avait dans ton propre
article, de façon un peu inutile parce que Latin1 ou Latin9
auraient largement suffi.
