In the third episode, "Open Water," airing March 20 at 9:30pm ET/PT,
...Meanwhile, Old Christine's slacker brother, Matthew (Hamish
Linklater), who lives with Christine and was occasionally seen in the
first two episodes, takes Ritchie to swimming lessons and deals with his
own fear of swimming...
...The swimming storyline drags the episode down a bit (especially with
a rather annoying swim teacher) but everything else in the third episode
flows a lot better than the first two.
