Trouble to send E-Mails with outlook

I have a probleme when I wan't to send an E-Mail, It=20
says "Erreur de socket:10060, Num=E9ro d'erreur: 0x800CCC0E.

Can someone help me please???

I can receive e-mail but not send???

I even uninstalled my firewall to see if it was that, but=20
no it still made the same error.
