Ben, Apache, c'est déjà fait. MySQL, c'est un package qui s'installe avec l'installeur Apple, on le trouve chez MySQL même. Pour PHPMyAdmin, de mémoire, il faut avoir activé PHP (sic) et ça s'installe dans un dossier partagé par Apache.
