Hi, I'm facing the same problem. In fact my Outlook 2003 is published on a Citrix server, and is pointing to a Exchange Server 2003. It means no local PST for this application.
Some users can send and receive emails. Others (like me) can receive but not send emails.
I have no idea where to investigate.... Any helps are welcome.
Thanks.
