Why are waypoints not correct ?

I downloaded some waypoints of the Stevenson trail from site:
http://www.lozere-gite.com/TopoGR70.php?Page=Menu

They are in UTM.
I import them in OZI (WGS84) and see they are off by more than 100x100
(UTM's, too far east and north)

what do I (or the producer of the waypoints) do wrong ?

Here are the files to see what is happening:

http://www.terwiel.com/diversen/CHASSERADES.map
http://www.terwiel.com/diversen/CHASSERADES.png
http://www.terwiel.com/diversen/stev_wp.txt

this is the content of my datums.dat:
RD, 3, 593, 26, 478
Datum Lisboa (Portugal), 29, -304.046, -60.576, 103.640
European 1950 (Portugal), 14, -87.987, -108.639, -121.593

Someone suggested to me that the site used "European 1950" for a
datum, instead of WGS84.
And indeed, when I change the datum to European 1950 first, and then
load the waypoints, they seem to be in the right position.

Maybe the site owner used other maps than WGS84...

merci beaucoup, toute de meme
