Winhelp may be not secured enough to be a Vista standard help system <g>
BTW, you may use the XP winhelp (WinHlp32.exe) in Vista, you just need to copy it to your %windir% directory (not the one in %WindirSystem32) and take the ownership.

BTW, you may use the XP winhelp (WinHlp32.exe) in Vista, you just need to
copy it to your %windir% directory (not the one in %WindirSystem32) and
