bonjour j'ai deux problemes

un virus win32 trojan gen : antivirus avast, spybot,stinger,malheureusement
je n'arrive pas à télécharger de fichier à partir d'internet

la deuxième chose c'est que je ne peux pas télécharger les mises à jour de
windows update la fenetre reste bloquée

j'ai fait les manipulations et voici le resultat : je pense qu'il y a
probleme détecté

peut tu m'en dire plus sur ce qu'il faut faire car je ne peux rien
télécharger même sur les liens que l'on me donne merci
