A second man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a fatal shooting at a club in the entertainment district of Northside.
Kenneth Gilmore, 27, faces one count of murder in the Feb. 27 shooting death of Christopher Gentry, 21, of College Hill, according to Cincinnati police.
Gentry was shot several times about 1 a.m. inside Club 360, which has been open for about a year at 4023 Hamilton Ave., in the space formerly known as Bullfishes.
Earlier this week, David Sparks Jr., 22, was arrested by Cincinnati homicide investigators and the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team. He also was charged with murder.
Few other details on the case have been released.
It also is not clear if the club has reopened since the shooting. It is managed by Gentry’s sister, Shanel Gentry, 29, according to the Northside Business Association.
Residents have complained the club was a trouble spot. Both the Northside Business Association and the Northside Community Council were trying to close it by fighting the renewal of its liquor license in April.
