Bah, tout simplement parce que, je suppose, launchd, qui prend en charge le lancement des periodic à l'heure indiquée dans des fichiers de configuration, ne note pas leur exécution ou non-exécution mais garde tout en mémoire. Donc, à l'extinction il oublie tout et au démarrage il recommence comme si de rien n'était.
