Un joli mail reçu de la part ovh, pas cool de le part sur ce coup :

the United Kingdom will now be served through our subsidiary.

You are subjected to the terms and conditions of OVH-UK and can be
charged by it.

As always, we aim to provide you with the highest quality of service and
you will benefit from our customer support in the UK, which will now be
reachable by phone or by email. You will also be able to make payments
by Credit Card (available from the beginning of January), Cheque or BACs
transfer in Pounds Sterling.

According to the current legislation, you can legitimately deny the
amendment and request for the cancellation of the entire services
subscribed to OVH France. After a period of 30 days, you will be
directly supported by our uk subsidiary and you will no longer be
eligible for any services provided by OVH-France.

To submit an application request for the cancellation of your service,
you can contact our OVH-UK support at customersupport@ovh.co.uk
or also our legal department by e-mail to legal@ovh.net


We would like to reassure you that your current services
with us will keep on running as usual and are NOT suspended.

Access Problem : customer is GB, not allowed to acces FR support

C'est fou ça, ç'est déjà effectif... Je veux pas aller chez ovh-uk...
Tout ça car j'y habite temporairement...

Plus qu'à tester le support uk maintenant...
