I know that the SERTE is a major French/European video transport hub
as well as GlobeCast's headquarters, but what does 'SERTE' mean in
English? (It probably means 'network technical ....')
I'm not sure you'll get any answer because SERTE doesn't really mean anything in french either. This is just how GlobalCast call their 'operating center'.
